Typical Sam Crescent, so many things wrong with a potentially great story. I was happily enjoying this book even with its rough fast pacing and then the conflict finally hits and the enemies claimed to have caused the mass infertility issue and then in the very next scene the enemies claim it was the civilized trenuians that did it.There goes a HUGE continuity issues that I just couldn’t get over. By the end of the book the enemies (scyanthrans) were the good guys (never mind how poorly they treated the FMC and left her mate to die) they all of a sudden went from saying they only wanted to help themselves to trying to bring up the civilized (turned enemies) trenuzians half of the population. I was ping ponging back and forth trying to understand what these authors were trying to write.I was so enjoying this book up until the last three chapters of this sloppily edited book. The editor quit at the end of the story it would seem because before that it was okay. No real errors to speak off just very fast pacing.Enjoy if you can. I wanted some follow up stories for the brothers but honestly I can’t stand this author anymore and I’m not sure if I will continue to buy her crap stories. They are ABSOLUTELY not worth 4-5 bucks. Good luck.
